Short title: Fletcher v Wolstenholme.

Plaintiffs: Bernard Fletcher citizen barber of London.

Defendants: Sir John Wolstenholme baronet and Dame Temperance Wolstenholme (alias Temperance Alston) his wife.

Subject: Payment of the debt Crew Alston gent naval lieutenant, of Odell, Bedfordshire, intestate, owed to the plaintiff. He had served on board HM ship the Essex: mentions Sir Rowland Alston baronet: Henny, Hinwick, Bedfordshire and property in Stevington Park, Bedfordshire.
