Description

Short title: Fitzpatrick v Bonner.

Plaintiffs: John Fitzpatrick tailor, of London, Izan Fitzpatrick (alias Izan Mathew) his wife, Thomas Fox gent, of London and Elizabeth Fox (alias Elizabeth Mathew) his wife.

Defendants: James Bennett esq, of St Albans, Hertfordshire, Joshua Iremonger brewer, of Ratcliff Cross, Middlesex.

Subject: the recovery of messuages and lands sold by Alice Mathew, widow, to the defendant Bennet that were the inheritance of the plaintiffs Elizabeth and Izan from their great uncle: mentions Thomas Mathew citizen grocer, of London, deceased, William Mathew, Thomas Mathew, of Nevis, West Indies and Edward Mathew: property in Harlington, Bedfordshire.
