Description

Short title: Faulcon v Boutaudon.

Plaintiffs: Nicholas Faulcon.

Defendants: Anthony Boutaudon, Rudolph White, Patrick Connor, Francis Parrant and Peter Upples.

Subject: Suit concerning subscriptions to procure a charter for fan makers, the defendants requiring fan painters, japanners, fan stick makers and other trades connected with fan making to be included in the charter.
