Defendants: William Birkes wholesale mercer and Joshua Draper.
Subject: An injunction to stop the defendants from proceeding against the plaintiff for payment of his debts. The plaintiff had bought velvet, silks and other wares from the defendant Birkes, a quaker and his partner George Arther wholesale mercer.
