Description

Short title: Dishworth v Broxholme.

Plaintiffs: Christopher Dishworth (alias John Dishforth) of Scarborough, Yorkshiree and Anne Dishworth his wife.

Defendants: Edward Broxholme gent, of Grimsby, Lincolnshire.

Subject: Possession of a messuage and two cottages which the defendant claimed had been leased to him by John Wright, the son of James Wright esq, of Grimsby, Lincolnshire, deceased.
