Description

Short title: Doughty v Butler.

Plaintiffs: Philip Doughty esq, of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex.

Defendants: Sir James Butler kt, of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, executor, Jasper Blythman, John Ramsden and Sir William Reresby baronet.

Subject: The plaintiff's legacy from the will of Honor Browne, deceased and reimbursement of her funeral expenses that he paid on behalf of her executor.
