Description

Short title: Dolphin v Philips.

Plaintiffs: Samuel Dolphin.

Defendants: Mary Phillips (alias Mary Morhall) widow, John Price, William Bathoe, Jane Bathoe (alias Jane Price) his wife and Elizabeth Warburton.

Subject: The inheritance of several parcels of land and a cottage, both free and copyhold according to a deed of settlement: mentions Ralph Morhall clerk, Samuel Morhall, Robert Morhall, Margaret Morhall (alias Margaret Webb) his wife and William Webb: property in Whitchurch, Shropshire and Tilstock, Shropshire.
