Plaintiffs: Richard Drasgate, bankrupt.
Defendants: Thomas Blackall, Charles Blackall and Thomas Drew.
Subject: the recovery of the plaintiff's goods, chattels and debts assigned to the defendants Blackall by a commission of bankruptcy. The plaintiff had been embezzled by John Meriton, bankrupt, his late partner, of their joint stock, but had superseded the bankruptcy.
