Plaintiffs: William Digby Lord Digby of Geashill.

Defendants: Frances Digby infant, by Mary Digby Dowager Lady Digby of Geashill, her guardian.

Subject: Settlement of the will of Simon Digby Lord Digby of Geashill, deceased, whereby the plaintiff, the deceased's brother, inherited all his real estate and his daughter was provided with a portion of £2000.
