Defendants: David Austen gent, of Etchingham, Sussex, William Stone, Edward Usborne gent, of Staplehurst, Kent and William Usborne.
Subject: Cancellation of a bond for £60 which the plaintiff became bound for during the proposed sale of a farm by the defendant Austen to Edward Usborne. The deal became confused when Usborne was taken ill: Frantfield, Frant, Sussex and property in Hawkhurst, Kent.
