Plaintiffs: Richard Dipple, William Hollioake, James Somner, George Smith, Thomas Watson and Benjamin Munn.
Defendants: Benjamin Phillips infant, Elizabeth Phillips infant, John Rogers, [unknown] Bowler and William Morgan infant apprentice, by Thomas Taylor haberdasher, of London, their guardian.
Subject: Payment of the debts of Nicholas Phillips, deceased. He left a considerable personal estate including a lease of a coffee house and a brewhouse: property in Holborn Bridge, London and Smithfield, London.
