Defendants: William Phillips hosier of London.
Subject: The plaintiff had been convicted of receiving stolen goods ie a large quantity of men's scarlet rowling worsted hose and some velvet suits belonging to Charles Paston Lord Paston. The defendant had recovered some of his hose but had demanded about £50 to cover the cost of the remainder: mentions Anne Parker and Henry Hewitt (alias Henry Drinkeworth) soldier: Old Bailey, London and Hicks Hall, London.
