Plaintiffs: Richard Dipple, William Hollyoake, James Somner, George Smith, Thomas Watson and Benjamin Munn.
Defendants: Laurence Ambrose gent receiver of HM revenues for Berkshire and John Rogers.
Subject: Payment of the testator's debt. He had received some of HM revenue from the defendant Ambrose, who, by bringing a process of extent in the court of Exchequer, had received the money owed to him from the estate of Nicholas Phillipps, deceased.
