Description

Short title: Dipple v Morgan.

Plaintiffs: Richard Dipple grazier, William Hollioake grazier, James Somner grazier, George Smith grazier, Thomas Watson grazier and Benjamin Munn.

Defendants: William Morgan infant apprentice, by Thomas Taylor haberdasher, of London, John Rogers and William Fry.

Subject: Payment of the debts of Nicholas Phillips, deceased. He left a considerable personal estate including a lease of a coffee house and a brewhouse. The defendant Morgan kept the deceased's account books: property in Holborn Bridge, London and Smithfield, London.
