Subject: the rents and profits of an inn, brewhouse and associated premises, leased to John Parsons, deceased, following an act of Parliament concerned with houses burnt down in the Great Fire. The plaintiffs were owed money by a descendant of Parsons. Katherine Walters (alias Katherine Parsons) deceased, parsons daughter had brought an action in Chancery against the defendant, John Seagood, intestate and Elizabeth Brownjohn for the payment of an annuity and other money owed to her, which was revived by William Walker and Katherine Walker his wife: mentions Richard Aldworth and Sir Richard Onslowe baronet: the Kings Arms Inn, Chick Lane, London.
