Description

Short title: Combes v Combes.

Plaintiffs: John Combes.

Defendants: Anne Combes widow.

Subject: Recovery of the payment by Benjamin Combes, intestate, for a number of quintalls of fish he sold to the plaintiff whilst he was on serving on the plaintiff's ship, before it was taken by French privateers. Back pay was also due: Newfoundland, America.
