Plaintiffs: Awnsham Churchill esq, of Henbury, Dorset.
Defendants: William Fitch esq, of Wimborne Minster, Dorset, Robert Russell, Joseph Harbin, of Corfe Mullen, Dorset.
Subject: the execution of a contract for the plaintiff to purchase a lease of a manor and scife from the defendant Fitch. Since making the agreement Fitch had sold one of the best tenements separately: mentions Master, keeper and chaplain of Hospital of St Nicholas in Salisbury: property in High Hall, Wimborne Minster, Dorset and St Nicholas, Corfe Mullen, Dorset.
