Short title: Bedell v Palmer.

Plaintiffs: Edward Bedell infant and John Bedell infant, by Lewis Phillipps gent, their next friend and by Thomas Collins gent, their next friend.

Defendants: Sir Geoffrey Palmer bart Attorney General and Gabriel Bedell.

Subject: Settlement of the will of John Bedell esq, of London, deceased and the defendants' obligations under the will to purchase lands for the benefit of the plaintiffs with the residue of the estate of the deceased: mentions Silvester Bedell gent, of Molesworth, Huntingdonshire and William Bedell: property in Woolley, Huntingdonshire; Woodrising, Norfolk; Carbrooke, Norfolk; Scoulton, Norfolk and Cranworth, Norfolk.
