Description

Short title: Bird v Pilsworth.

Plaintiffs: Robert Bird yeoman, of Epworth, Lincolnshire.

Defendants: Anne Pilsworth (alias Anne Whiteley) widow and Robert Coggan.

Subject: Mortgage of copyhold land as security for a loan since repaid: mentions Robert Bird, of Epworth and Lincolnshire. Plaintiff requested accounts of any profits and questioned the legal ownership of the land.
