Description

Short title: Attorney General v Robinson.

Plaintiffs: Sir Edward Northey Attorney General, Edward Ginn yeoman, of Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire, Thomas Wallis yeoman, of Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire, Francis Robinson yeoman, of Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire and inhabitants of Burton Latimer.

Defendants: Henry Bacon esq, Richard Holmes, Edward Powers, John Mason, Sir James Robinson baronet and Robert Reynolds gent.

Subject: The proper management of a charitable trust and the appointment of trustees, for the support of a schoolmaster to keep a free school in the town.
