The Queen to Cotton Gargrave, kt: Lease for 21 years from Michaelmas last of the late chantry of St. Mary the Virgin in Badsworth (Baddesworth) with Appurtenances in Thorp Audlin (Thorpe Awdelyn), lands (named and described with names of tenants) in Simondflatt' [in Pontefract], late of Rushworth (Risforth) chantry in Pontefract (Pountfrett): Yorkshire.
