DORSET: Gillingham Forest. Inquisition as to the bounds of the forest. Certificate as to the diversion, stopping and straightening of ways (Edward, Lord Stourton, and others v. Thomas, Lord Bruce, and others). Depositions as to the allotment of three acres to the Prebendary of Sarum in lieu of his right of common (Sir Edward Berkeley v. the Prebendary of Sarum), and Certificate of the allotment of 25 acres to Lord Stourton (William, Lord Stourton, and Rachel Perne v. Thomas, Earl of Elgin, and others). 6, 8, 14 and 15 Chas I.
