Commissions, decrees, interrogatories (incomplete), depositions, account and certificate relating to a dispute over a partnership in a lease of timber in Alton's Wood in the parish of Rock, Worcestershire. Simon Chamber, gentleman v. Edward Broad, George Lench and John Lench. Includes a detailed account of sums received and paid in relation to this wood. Items formerly at E 178/100, E 178/307, E 178/328, E 178/5722 and E 178/5724 were transferred to this piece before 1912.
