Commission of inquiry, with resultant certificate and related certificate, concerning the Crown's rights in a house called 'Ormond House alias Ormond Place', whether it lay in the parish of St Thomas the Apostle, Holy Trinity Knightrider Street (Holy Trinity the Less) or St James Garlickhithe in the city of London, and whether any buildings have been erected on the waste ground beside it. Also concerning a house called 'Ringehalle alias Ringedhall', formerly of Rewley Abbey, Oxfordshire, whether it lay in the parish of St Thomas the Apostle, London, or elsewhere, and whether any part pertains to the Crown. The certificates give detailed accounts of the ownership of the two plots. The item formerly at E 178/3747 was transferred into this piece before 1912.
