Writ to the sheriff of Gloucestershire ordering that he cease process against Laurence Humphrey [former dean of Gloucester] and the chapter of Gloucester Cathedral on account of an earlier writ of 28 August 1579 relating to a debt of £40 owed to the Queen. He should also restore any lands, goods, etc. taken into the Queen's hands.
