Letters, plans, reports and a copy of a draft Bill on Mr Lionel Gisborne's designs for improvements to the River Thames embankment.
Mr Gisbourne requests that his Private Bill be brought before Parliament in the next session and requests a meeting with the Home Secretary so that he may better explain the details of his plan.
