[W1836 H1, W1836 H27 and W1837 H11] Short title: Hindle v Dakins. C 110/88-90 include the following documents exhibited in court:

  • Papers of Richard Burn, attorney, and his executors (Many of these refer to Queen Anne's Bounty and to the see of Durham) (1793-1834).
  • Act for enclosing commons in the manor of Egton with Newland: Ulverston, Lancs (1802).
  • Accounts of the Society for the Conversion of Negro Slaves in the West Indies (1815-1822).
  • Inventory of household goods: Westminster, Middx (1822).
  • Deeds and plans: London (1768-1831).
  • Assignments of stocks etc, marriage settlements, releases (1768-1828).
