Description

Short title: Attorney General v Houlditch and Cary. Documents exhibited in court.

Essex: 'Little Claston' or 'Little Clafton' [Little Clacton - judging by 'Hartley Wood' on one side of the map]: map showing acreages, field names and adjacent landowners. No scale shown. East at the top. A loose, damaged list of field acreages on 2 small sheets is rolled up with the map. Dated 26 May 1740.
