Short title: Higgins v Alexander, and Francis v Alexander. C 110/42-43 include the following documents exhibited in court:

  • Partnership agreements, inventories and accounts (mercers): Covent Garden, Middx (1682-1731).
  • Deeds and rentals: Soho, Middx (1715-1735).
  • Deeds relating to Hilcott, Wilts (1680-1733).
  • Deeds relating to Covent Garden, Middx (1734-1735).
  • Copy of will of Daniel Hodges with probate (1683, 1689).
  • Copy of will of Mary Hodges with probate: Wilts and Middx (1694).
  • Copy of will of Roger Boxwell (1699).
  • Original will of James Alexander (not proved) and several drafts: Wilts (1731).
  • Bonds, releases, affidavits, chancery bills and answers, petitions and orders (1703-1744).
