A collection of letters from R W S Lutwidge, William Price, Clerk to the Bristol Justices, and C Latcham, to Horatio Waddington, Sir George Grey and R W S Lutwidge. The letters concern the Bristol Pauper Lunatic Asylum and the moving of the patients from St Peter's Hospital to the County Asylum or 'Licensed House'.
