Ireland; Emigration; Foreign; Refugees.

A letter from the Foreign Office, transmitting a despatch from Edward Walter Bonham, Consul at Calais [France], reporting the names of certain armed Irishmen who have landed in that port from London, who call themselves refugees, including Arthur Hughes Wise, Patrick Savage, John O'Hagan, Edward Rooke, Thomas Cavanagh, and Edward Cumming.
