Prisons and Prisoners; India: Petition from J H Crawford and L R Reid of the Bombay Judicial Department on behalf of Jelta Chand, a member of the Bunder Gang, a prisoner in the Bombay Gaol, convicted of a felony, and through whose means Alloo Paroo was apprehended.
