Description

Police Courts: Memorandum from the magistrates of Richmond on the expenses incurred by renting a room to hear police cases. Asks for allowance from the Police Courts Fund to be reimbursed for these costs and suggests that the Petty Sessions Courtroom be converted into a Police Cases Courtroom.
