Counterpart of demise by Master Alayn Percy, parson of the parish church of St. Mary atte Hylle of London, and John Awsten and William Brayfeld, 'wardeyns of the goodes, werkes, rentes and ornamentes' of the said church, with the consent of 'the moost substanciall and discrete persones' of the same parish, to Thomas Lucas, citizen and fishmonger of London, of the 'rnese or tenement with shop celer solers,' etc. where one Gilbert Godfrey, basketmaker, now 'enhabiteth,' in the lane called 'Saint Mary at Hill lane in the said parish, from Christmas next for thirty years, at 3l. 6s. 8d. rent, etc. 1 December, 33 Henry VIII.
