Counterpart indenture, 31 July, 2 Henry VIII, between Res ap Thomas, knight, of the one part, and Thomas Daw and Isbell his wife of the other, being the defeasaunce of their 'dede of fee symple,' of the 29th inst., whereby they enfeoffed Sir Res of two tenements at Rudberd in the parish of Carew and of all other their land there, viz. he shall re-enfeoff them thereof upon payment of 20 marks, and he binds himself in 100 marks in default.
