Indenture of fine in the octave of St. Hilary, 18 Elizabeth, between William Catesbye, knight, querent, and John Spencer, esquire, and Mary, his wife, deforciants, of a messuage, toft, two barns, a dovecot, two gardens, two orchards, 2a. pasture and la. wood in Wormelayton. Whereas the said John and Mary hold the same for the term of their lives in survivorship with remainder to John's first-born son in tail male, they grant the same to William for forty-one years from Michaelmas next, if they so long live, at the rent of a red rose; consideration, 40l.
