Warwick, esquire, to Thomas Saxton of Lutterworth, 'taylor,' 'at the earnest suyte of John Saxton,' Thomas' father, 'a little before his deathe,' of a 'cottage howse and gardein place,' late in John's occupation, 'on the west syde of the High Streat' in Lutterworth, from Lady Day last for twenty-one years, at 10s. rent.
