Articles of agreement made at Kynsbur', 11 March, 3 Henry VIII, between Mr John Brasebrig, esquire of the one part, and Robert, prior of the monastery of St. Kateryne without Lyncoln of the other part, 'for enclosers comen and fyshynges clamed used and made by the seid Prior off late days.' Fishing is mentioned in 'the ryver of Wythom; they or their counsell shall, at 'lamas next at Lyncoln,' produce old men of the country as witnesses, etc. English.
