Indenture of demise, 4 May, 1620, by Richard Gibson, of the city of Westminster, Middlesex, gentleman, to Richard Wylmott, of the same, blacksmith, in consideration of 20l., of a tenement 'within the Newe Pallace of Westminster', called 'the Eagle and Childe', in Wylmott's occupation; to hold from Lady Day last for 21 years, at 16l. rent, etc. Signed. Richard Gibson. Witnesses' names endorsed. Middlesex.
