Counterpart of demise by John Reskymer alias Greber, of Murthen, esquire, and William Reskymer alias Greber, in the same county, gentleman, to Baldwin (Baldewino) Perowe of the parish of Gunwallow Wynianton, husbandman (agricole), John Thomas, son of Thomas James, of the same, and Allan Bawden, son of the said Baldwin Perrowe, of all that their tenement in Saint Sewannowe, within the said parish, which tenement the said Baldwin now holds; to hold for the term of their lives in survivorship, rendering therefore yearly to the said John Reskymer, and the heirs male of his body, or in default to the said William Reskymer, and the heirs male of his body, or in default to the heirs male of Richard Reskymer alias Greber, deceased, 13s. 4d. at the four terms usual in the hundred of Kyryer, and the best beast far 'heriot' or farley (farlevium) according to the custom used and approved in the said hundred; attorneys to deliver seisin, John Prigean and Henry Skewis. Cornwall. 7 October, 25 Elizabeth, 1583. Names of witnesses, John Trethowen, and others, endorsed.
