Bargain and sale by James Harrys alias Frye of 'Newe Sarum,' 'husbondman,' and 'Agnys,' his wife, in consideration of 11s. 4d., to Robert Penyngton, of the same, 'brassyer,' of 'one halve of erable ground' in the parish and fields of Stratford, called 'Marshe Furlonge, late in the occupation of Thomas Codymore and now of the said Robert; attorneys to deliver seisin, 'Lawncelott' Porter and William Freman. Wiltshire. 10 March, 6 Elizabeth. Memorandum of livery of seisin endorsed.
