Indenture of demise, 6 February, 24 Henry VIII, by Dame Joyce Acton, prioress of the monastery of Westwode, Worcestershire, and the convent of the same, to Nicholas Marten, of Hawkysbury, Gloucestershire, of the manor or farm of Litul Aston, from Lady Day next, for 64 years, at 5l. rent; consideration, a fine of 20l.; also demise to him of their tithe corn and all other tithes in the parish of Nethur Getyng, for the same term, at 4s. rent. Gloucestershire. Endorsed: Irrotulatur: examinatur; also . 3 . John Hygford.
