(1) Counterpart of demise, 12 January, 39 Elizabeth, by Sir Edward Clere, knight, to Robert Moulton, of Scrotby, of the rents reserved upon former leases, till Michaelmas 1598, and thereafter of 22 pieces themselves of land, containing 55a., in Scrotby and Castre, specified in a schedule indented annexed, for 21 years, at 13l. 15s. rent.
(2) The above mentioned schedule indented.
(3) Bond by Robert Moulton, of Scrotby, 'husbondman,' to Sir Edward Clere, in 30l. conditioned for observance of covenants in indentures of even date. Norfolk. 12 January, 39 Elizabeth, 1596.
