Description

Counterpart of demise, 27 August, 9 Elizabeth, by John Syddenham, of Light, Somerset, esquire, to William Woodehowsse, of Northpetherton, 'husboundman,' in consideration of 33s. 4d. fine, of 'one tenement with halffe a burgage of land unto the same tenement adjoynyng or belonging' in Brigewatter, in the south part of 'Fryan Strete,' next land of Robert Halswell, esquire, etc. and a half burgage of land without the north gate of the town, for 60 years, at 8s. rent. Somerset.
