Counterpart of demise, 10 October, 42 Elizabeth, 1600, by Peires Foulk, of Eriviate, Denbighshire, gentleman, to Margaret Wenne' of Kile Owen, Flintshire, widow, late the wife of John Wynn Foulk' gentleman, for the term of her life, in consideration of her releasing to him her right in 'the farme of Eriviate' and other the lands of the said John in the county of Denbigh, of the lands, etc. in the parish of Llanellwy, Flintshire, not assured to her by the said John for her jointure. Signed by mark. Witnesses' names endorsed. Denbighshire.
