Description

Indenture being a feoffment by John Daniell, of Deresburie, esquire, to Thomas Sutton of the same, husbandman, of two closes there called 'the Poole hey' and 'Newe comen woode,' now in the occupation of John Sutton, of the same, the elder, John Sutton, the younger, and Thomas Burchenhed, to the use specified in a schedule indented annexed; attorney to deliver seisin, Thomas Daniell, of Deresburie, gentleman. Cheshire. 30 October, 16 Elizabeth.
