Description

Indenture of demise by John Tretherff, esquire, to Stephen Hendy of the moiety of all his land, etc. in Brongullo in the parish of 'Sent Meuhan,' to hold to the said Stephen, John Hendy, his brother, and Olive Hendy, his sister, for the term of their lives in survivorship, at 13s. 4d. rent; attorneys to deliver seisin, John Pye, the younger, and John Harry. Cornwall. 21 October, 2 and 3 Philip and Mary. Covenant endorsed for repairs to be done to the premises during the said term by the said Stephen, John and Olive.
