Indenture, being a letter of attorney by William Brocas, of Longecombe, Oxfordshire, esquire, to his cousin Pexall Brocas, of Stevington, Hampshire, esquire, to sue upon a statute staple of 2,000 marks, and a recognisance of 2,000l. dated 6 February, 23 Elizabeth, and 5 February, 26 Elizabeth, respectively, wherein Barnard Brocas, esquire, stood bound to him. 26 May, 35 Elizabeth.
