Indenture of bargain and sale, 26 July, 22 Henry VIII, by Richard Goodyer, and Grace his wife, of Totness, to John Sydenham' of the parish of Olde Clyve, Somerset, of all their part of all land, etc'. in Faryngdon, Wodbery, Pyn, Alysbere and Honyton Clyst, in consideration of 11l. 8s. 6d. paid in hand. Devon.
Endorsed: Memorandum that this wryting was sealyd and delyvered to the within named John Sydenham the xxxth day of July 22 Henry VIII, in the presence of Thomas Sydenham of Culmestoke, John Potter of Rockebere, John Englysshe.
