Description

Indenture being a feoffment by Edmund Newenham, and Richard Kyrton, clerk, to Robert Catesby, of Newenham, Northamptonshire, esquire, and Lettice his wife, for the term of their lives in survivorship, with remainder to William Catesby, their son, in tail, with remainder, in default, to Nicholas Catesby, their son, in fee, of all the land, etc. in Thedyngworth, Leicestershire, which they had by the feoffment of the said Robert; attorneys to deliver seisin, Richard Glover,—Wryght. 14 March, 7 Edward IV. Leicestershire.
